Tomato Hors 'Doeuvres - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. box cherry tomatoes
1/2 lb. bacon
Tabasco to taste
Preparation

Wash and dry tomatoes.
Take the cores out and make a hole in the tomatoes.
Fry the bacon crisp; drain and crumble.
Add the Tabasco sauce, about 1/4 teaspoon should do.
Stuff the tomatoes. Stick each tomato with a toothpick and arrange on a platter with a few stems of fresh parsley for color.
