Cheese Sauce For Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. m.s.g.
    3 dashes hot pepper sauce
    3 1/2 c. milk
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    5 egg yolks, beaten
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    slivered almonds
    paprika
    1/4 c. minced onion
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine until tender.
    Blend in flour and seasonings.
    Add milk and bouillon cubes.
    Stir over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Add a little of the heated sauce to eggs.
    Stir this into rest of sauce.
    Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Add mushrooms; pour over broccoli in a casserole.
    Sprinkle with almonds and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, until brown.
