Cheese Blitz - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 loaves white bread
    3 to 4 sticks margarine, melted
    sugar and cinnamon (a lot)
Preparation
    Trim crusts from the bread and roll flat with a rolling pin. Mix first four ingredients and spread each slice with some.
    Roll each like a jelly roll and cut into thirds.
    Dip each piece into melted butter and then in cinnamon sugar.
    Place on a cookie sheet and freeze (this is a must).
    They may be stored in baggies in the freezer after they are frozen.
    Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
