Pot Roast Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    2/3 c. catsup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    3 potatoes
    3 medium onions
    3 medium carrots
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart bowl.
    Shape into a loaf in center of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Peel and slice 1/4-inch thick the potatoes and onions.
    Peel and quarter lengthwise the carrots.
    Cover pan tightly with foil.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour until vegetables are tender.
    Uncover and bake 10 minutes more to brown meat.
