Wine Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. red or white wine
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tsp. onion, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Mix the oil and wine together and then add the rest of ingredients.
Stir and let chill for several hours.
When ready to cook, pour over either prepared poultry or meat.
Chill 3 more hours.
Baste with the sauce during cooking of the meat.
Makes 3/4 cup sauce.
