Breakfast-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. Jimmy Dean hot sausage
    6 to 8 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 to 2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 pkg. sage bread crumbs
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cook sausage, preferably using iron skillet, until browned, stirring frequently; drain well.
    In separate bowl, beat eggs with mustard and milk added.
    In 9 x 13-inch buttered casserole dish, put layer of bread cubes, then sprinkle sausage and cheese layers. Second layer, pour mixture over top.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 45 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
    Can be made and refrigerated overnight!
