Chicken In White Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 18 chicken thigh/legs, skinned
    1 liter white wine
    2 shallots or small onions, chopped
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 pt. half and half cream
    1 can chicken broth
    4 c. rice (uncooked)
    mushrooms
Preparation
    Broil chicken.
    When cooked, place in pot with chicken broth and whole bottle of wine, onion and garlic.
    Cook 20 minutes more. Take out chicken; pour in cream.
    Stir and cook 5 minutes more. To thicken, prepare 3 to 4 tablespoons flour with water.
    Pour in while stirring.
    Return chicken.
    Serve over cooked rice and fresh cooked mushrooms. Green beans top off the meal.
