Egg And Meat Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs, beaten
1/2 lb. cubed ham or 1 lb. sausage
1 small onion, chopped
4 pieces bread, cubed
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix together beaten eggs and meat. Add onion, bread cubes, cheese, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour into an 11 x 9-inch greased baking dish. Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
Serve with muffins, coffee cake or fruit salad.
