Pork Chops And Potatoes - cooking recipe

6 pork chops
1 large onion, sliced
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 c. thin sliced uncooked potatoes
Preparation

Season and brown pork chops in oil.
Drain on paper towel. Butter casserole dish and put pork chops in dish, then potato slices and slices of onion.
Mix soup and milk and pour over all. Put foil on top and bake at 350\u00b0 until chops are tender, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
