Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/3 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. coarse salt (coating for outside)
    1/2 tsp. salt (for dough)
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast over warm water in a large bowl.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Stir in sugar and salt.
    Add flour gradually (3 1/2 cups) until stiff dough forms.
