Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. pkg. Simply Potatoes hash brown shreds
    6 oz. cooked ham, cubed
    10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (2 c.)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients except potatoes and ham, reserving 1/2 cup cheese for topping.
    Heat well on stove.
    Fold potatoes and ham into spinach mixture.
    Place in greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
