Russian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    1 (16 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Wash chicken and arrange in a baking dish.
    In a pan on medium heat, mix together the preserves, dressing and onion soup mix until mixture starts to boil.
    Remove from heat and pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
