Sausage Pasta Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
8 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Remove casing from sausage; crumble and brown in skillet. Drain. Add onion; stir in 1/2 cup sauce and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Cover each noodle with sausage mixture; roll up. Place seam side down in baking dish. Spoon remaining mixture over noodles. Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
