Artichoke Nibbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. each salt, pepper and oregano leaves
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (about 2 c.)
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Drain liquid from 1 jar artichoke hearts into a frying pan. Drain liquid from other jar and save for other uses.
