Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Beat eggs slightly.
Add remaining ingredients and place into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 15 to 20 minutes.
Bake until done.
Remove when golden brown.
