Rosemary Potatoes(When A Baked Potato Won'T Do) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 red potatoes
1/2 onion, finely chopped
8 Tbsp. oil
4 Tbsp. dried rosemary
salt
Preparation

Thoroughly clean potatoes; peel a 1-inch ring from the middle of the potatoes (only one strip).
Dip potatoes into oil, then place in baking pan.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of onion and 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary on each potato.
Salt to taste.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Poke potato for doneness.
May need more time.
