Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bunch fresh spinach
    2 fresh pears
    4 slices bacon, cooked until crisp
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1/2 tsp. flavored salt
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. canola oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Wash spinach well; remove stems.
    If leaves are big, tear up some.
    Cook bacon; crumble.
    Cube pears.
    Mix the next 6 ingredients and refrigerate.
    Do all this a day ahead if you like, but pour a little dressing over the pears.
