Dump Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 stick butter or margarine
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    In a 13 x 9-inch ungreased pan, put the pineapple and cherry pie filling.
    Stir together.
    Add the yellow cake mix (dry) and cut up the stick of butter or margarine and dot the top with it. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with Cool Whip.
