Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. oleo
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    3 bouillon cubes (chicken flavor)
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli (16 to 20 oz.)
    1/3 c. flour, minus 1 Tbsp.
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. chopped onion
    4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Melt oleo. Saute onion and garlic. Add flour and set aside. Cook broccoli according to package; set aside.
    Add chicken flavor to water and bring to a boil. Add onion and flour mixture. Stir well. Boil 5 minutes. Add broccoli; boil 3 more minutes. Take off heat. Add milk and salt and pepper.
    Add water from cooking broccoli to soup for flavor.
