Chicken Mexicali - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken
    1 (6 1/4 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes with green chilies
    1 medium onion
    1 medium chopped bell pepper
    1 lb. Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Cook chicken; remove skin and bone.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Arrange tortilla chips on bottom and sides of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch oblong baking dish.
    Cover tortilla chips with broken pieces of chicken.
    Combine liquid ingredients.
    Add onion and bell pepper. Pour over chicken.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
