Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. very warm water
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add water, a small amount at a time.
    Let rest 10 minutes.
    Knead dough into ball the size of an egg.
    Roll on lightly floured surface to 6-inch circle.
    Cook on a griddle, turning once until it has light brown flecks on each side.
