Chili Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. butter or oil
    2 c. Texas red chili
    2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until soft.
    Add chili and potatoes. Cook and stir until hot and until flavors blend.
    Serve with mustard if desired.
    Makes about 4 cups.
