Peanut Butter Creams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. peanut butter
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. finely chopped salted peanuts
Preparation
    Beat egg.
    Beat in 1 cup sugar, salt, vanilla, peanut butter and butter.
    Add other 1 cup of remaining sugar.
    Add more sugar if not firm enough.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Roll balls in chopped peanuts.
    Yields 3 dozen candies.
