Lemon Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. angel food cake mix
1 c. plus 3 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 to 6 drops yellow food coloring
1 tsp. grated lemon peel

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Prepare cake mix as directed on package, using combined water, lemon juice and food coloring.
Add grated lemon peel.
Mix and then bake and cool as package directs.
