Smoky Salmon Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. green onions, thinly sliced
    2 to 3 drops natural hickory liquid smoke
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon in mixing bowl.
    Beat cream cheese with lemon with mixer until blended light and fluffy.
    Beat in flaked salmon and green onions until thoroughly combined.
    Season with liquid smoke to taste; stir.
    Chill several hours before serving to allow flavors to blend.
    To serve, spread on crackers or French bread rounds.
    Makes 20 servings.
    Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
