Old-Fashioned Molasses Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. molasses
1/4 c. sour milk or buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. ginger or nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix ingredients and drop by spoonful on cookie sheet and bake at 325\u00b0.
