English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tiny English peas
    1 medium-size onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 Tbsp. juice from peas
    red pepper to taste
    Worcestershire sauce to taste
    1 c. grated Velveeta cheese
    buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mince and stew onion in mushroom soup and juice from peas. Cook together about 10 minutes.
    Season with red pepper and Worcestershire sauce; add peas.
    Put into baking dish in 2 layers, putting cheese between layers.
    Top with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake about 30 minutes in moderate oven.
