Sour Cream Cornbread - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 egg
1/2 c. oil
1 small onion
1 c. sour cream
1 small can cream-style corn
Preparation

Mix together well.
Grease an iron skillet and have it warm. Pour mixture into skillet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
