French Breakfast Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. melted margarine or butter
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine 1/4 cup sugar and ground cinnamon; set aside.
    In a bowl, stir together flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, ground nutmeg and salt.
    In another bowl, combine beaten egg, milk and 1/3 cup melted margarine or butter. Add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened.
