Olive Nut Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sliced salad olives
2 Tbsp. olive juice (liquid in bottle)
dash of pepper
Preparation

Mix cream cheese with mayonnaise.
Stir in chopped pecans, salad olives, olive juice and a dash of pepper.
Mix well. Filling will be slightly mushy, but after a few hours of refrigeration, it will be spreading consistency.
Keeps well refrigerated for a week or two.
