Diet Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant sugar free vanilla pudding
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 pkg. Equal
    few drops lemon juice
    4 (2 1/2-inch) sq. graham crackers
Preparation
    Put a graham cracker in bottom of 4 individual dishes.
    Mix all other ingredients together and pour over crackers.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Each counts as 1 milk exchange, 1/2 bread or 50 optional calories.
