Fried Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium cucumbers, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Dip cucumber slices in eggs; dredge in bread crumbs.
    Fry cucumbers in deep hot oil until browned on both sides.
    Drain well on paper towels.
    Yields about 3 dozen.
