Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. plain corn meal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. Crisco oil
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into well-greased 10-inch cast-iron pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
