Squash Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground round
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. yellow squash, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    2 c. water
    1 c. raw brown rice
    1 can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and pepper; drain well.
    Add raw squash and 1 cup water.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Add rice, soup, salt and the other cup of water.
    Stir well and pour into a 9 x 9-inch casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6 with 250 calories and 6 grams fat.
