Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix and sprinkle coconut and pecans in 9 x 13-inch greased cake pan.
Mix cake according to directions and pour over coconut and pecans.
Do not stir.
Combine powdered sugar, softened cream cheese and vanilla.
Drop cream cheese mixture by spoonfuls all over top of cake batter.
Do not stir.
Bake according to mix directions.
Serve by the spoonful.
Top of cake looks like an earthquake.
