Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. melted margarine
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar and salt.
Add margarine.
Beat slightly with rotary beater.
Fold in eggs and buttermilk. Beat with a spoon. Add vanilla and pour in crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
