Potato Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 slice white bread
 
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. cooked potatoes, riced or mashed without butter or milk
2 c. grated raw potatoes
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
- 
                            Dice bread into 1/2 inch cubes and saute in hot oil until slightly brown.
 
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Shape into balls the size of a large walnut and using a spoon, drop into boiling salted water.
Cover and steam 15 to 20 minutes until dumplings are done through.
Serve immediately.
