Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 bell pepper
1 medium onion
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 pkg. dried chicken noodle soup
1/2 c. rice
4 c. boiling water
Preparation
-
Brown pepper, onion and celery until change in color; add sausage and cook until done.
Drain off grease.
Cook rice and soup in boiling water for 7 minutes.
Mix in sausage.
Pour in casserole dish.
Cover; cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove cover for last 10 minutes of cooking time.
