Parmesan Potato Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Peel potatoes and cut lengthwise into quarters.
Cut each quarter into 3 strips.
Roll potatoes in melted butter, then in the mixture of the remaining ingredients.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
