Roquefort Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. Roquefort cheese
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix mayonnaise and sour cream.
    Gradually stir in lemon juice.
    Add crumbled cheese; blend well.
    Stir in milk, adding more if needed to thin to desired consistency.
    Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
    (Blue cheese may be substituted for Roquefort.)
