Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked macaroni, drained and rinsed
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 chopped onion
    1 grated carrot
    1 can Eagle Brand
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix Eagle Brand milk, sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise.
    Mix and pour over macaroni.
    Chill overnight.
