Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 c. milk
10 Tbsp. self-rising flour
pinch of salt
6 egg yolks (reserve whites for topping)
1 Tbsp. vanilla
fresh coconut (amount you desire)
2 pie shells, prebaked until golden brown
Preparation

Cook sugar, milk, flour, salt and egg yolks together until thickened.
Add vanilla and coconut.
Pour into prebaked pie shells.
