Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    1 egg, beaten
    flour
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. white wine
    juice of 2 lemons
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. capers
Preparation
    Cover chicken breasts with waxed paper and pound flat.
    Dip in egg; coat with flour.
    Saute in butter and remove from pan; keep warm.
    Add wine to pan and reduce; add broth and lemon juice.
