Cabbage Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium large head cabbage
    2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    salt and pepper
    4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Chop cabbage fine and drop into boiling salted water for about 8 minutes.
    Prepare white sauce by combining butter, flour and milk in a saucepan.
    Put saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add cheese.
    Arrange layers of drained cabbage, white sauce and eggs; repeat.
    Top with bread crumbs dotted with butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
