Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6-8 potatoes
    1/8 c. onion salt (scant)
    1 pt. sour cream
    dash pepper
    Parmesan cheese
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Grease casserole with butter.
    Cook potatoes in salt water, mash, but don't add milk.
    Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese.
    Put into casserole dish and sprinkle heavily with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Dot with butter.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    This brings out the flavor.
    Take out of refrigerator about 1/2 hour before baking and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or longer, until top is golden brown.
    Serves 6 to 8.
