Ritz Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

70 Ritz crackers (2 packs)
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 small can coconut
1 stick melted margarine
2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
Preparation

Mix crushed crackers, coconut, pecans and butter to make crust. Reserve some for topping.
Put crust in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix softened ice cream, milk, and pudding to form middle layer.
Spread over crust.
Chill.
Spread Cool Whip over and sprinkle reserved topping on top.
Chill and serve.
Keep refrigerated.
