Easy Pumpkin Dessert - cooking recipe

1 (15 oz.) can solid packed pumpkin
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
vanilla ice cream or Cool Whip
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Sprinkle with dry cake mix and drizzle with butter. Top with walnuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve with ice cream or Cool Whip.
