Crumb Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry crumbs made from Melba toast, graham crackers, cornflakes or other crisp cereal
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Toss ingredients until crumbs are well moistened.
    Press carefully into pie pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Yields one 9-inch crust (8 servings), approximately 105 calories per serving.
