Stuffed Pumpernickel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium whole pumpernickel bread
1 glove garlic
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 large Wis-Pride sharp Cheddar
1/2 c. beer
Preparation

Mix ingredients together until soft.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Scoop out bread and fill with cheese mixture.
Put extra pieces of bread on the side for dipping.
