Pina Colada Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 white cake mix (no pudding)
1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
2 pkg. pina colada mix
1 c. coconut
1/2 can drained crushed pineapple
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (small)
8 oz. undrained crushed pineapple
1 c. coconut
8 oz. Cool Whip
3/4 c. toasted coconut
Preparation

Combine the first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Beat 4 minutes. Add and stir well the 1 cup coconut and 1/2 can drained crushed pineapple. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool.
